I purchased your tape online at Amazon, and I am using it for the first time, and two on the tapes (Blue and Green) continue to get stuck and split in half. Can you please assist me. It is past the 30day return window and it is my first time using. I do not want to leave a bad review, but I would to receive a reasonable resolution
